What Payment Methods to you accept?

As with any eCommerce site, ours is built on a secure SSL/TLS certificate to keep your information safe. Everything you transmit to us is completely safe and you can trust that we do not gather any more information than is absolutely necessary and never share your information with anyone else!

My stone is damaged. What can be done?

Once in a great while, we have a damaged stone come to our attention. It doesn't happen often, but we recognize it does and want to be here to help in case it does. And we like to be here to work with our customers to get the issue resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

Carved Impressions ships thousands of stones per year with a less than 1% damage occurrence. Please make sure to inspect or have your delivery location inspect the stone for damage prior to signing for the delivery and refuse the stone if there is damage. If possible, take a picture of the damage for us and contact us ASAP.

Carved Impressions will remedy the issue with repair or replacement as quickly as possible. We will file any appropriate claim actions on the stone with the shipping company. Understand that when you accept and sign for the stone you are acknowledging that the stone has arrived without defect or damage from the shipping. Damage reported to the carrier after the stone is signed for will most likely not be covered with any recourse.

Are all your products customized?

We never make the exact same stone twice!

We can appreciate that you want to create a lasting memorial for your loved one that is as unique as the life they lived. We try to aide you in this process with giving you every opportunity in selecting that special headstone or memorial by giving you a wide selection of sizes, shapes, colors and options to choose form. We want you to be able to say, "I made that, and I'm proud to have done so!" when this process it complete.
